Is Macro Medical Technologies checkout process secure?

Does Macro Medical Technologies take orders over the phone?

Yes, our medical specialists are available to answer all of your questions, process orders over the phone, and send a formal quotation for you to review at your convenience. Feel free to contact our medical specialists anytime from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. (EST) at (800) 380-5341. 

Does Macro Medical Technologies accept purchase orders?

Yes! MMT offers terms to approved customers. The approval process is quick and easy. To be approved for terms, new customers please email a copy of a purchase order.

What forms of payment does Macro Medical Technologies accept?

Does Macro Medical Technologies process international orders?

Yes, Macro Med Tech sells and ships worldwide. Orders can be placed online or through email. Acceptable payments include bank wire, credit card, and PayPal. Shipping costs will calculate at checkout after you enter all items and the complete shipping address.

To place an international order by email, please email desired products (with product numbers, if possible) and respective quantities with complete shipping address and contact inform. Upon receipt of this information, our team will reach out with any questions and provide a quotation and payment instructions.

Shipping for international orders will vary on destination and total weight of the order. For international shipping costs, please visit our shipping policy page for prices. Please keep in mind that Macro Medical Tech does not employ customs brokers. International customers are responsible for any duties, customs, and other charges related to international shipments.

Does Macro Medical Technologies accept insurance, Medicare/Medi-Cal?

Unfortunately at this time, MMT Medical is unable to accept insurance as a form of payment. However, if your insurance provider provides reimbursement options please let us know if we may assist with any official quotes or pricing.

Shipping & Order Tracking Questions

How can I check my order status?

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed as soon as they are available. Order must be processed and then shipped before tracking information is available. MMT does notify you if there are any delays longer than the stated estimated delivery date, providing alternative options, as available.

Are expedited shipping options available?

If you're facing a time constraint, please select an expedited shipping option during checkout. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Additional costs will depend on the total amount of items, the destination, and the delivery time selected. Please keep in mind shipping costs are imposed by the carrier, and MMT cannot alter or adjust the cost of expedited shipping.

Does Macro Medical Technologies ship internationally?

Yes, MMT ships internationally on a daily basis!

Please keep in mind, MMT is not responsible for duties, customs, and other charges related to international shipments.

We recommend that our international customers contact their local authorities to calculate these charges and make sure that the goods can be imported into their country. MMT can also ship with a customers' shipping account, send dimensions and weight for a shipping label, or ship to a shipping forwarder in the U.S.

Which shipping carriers does MMT use?

Depending on the equipment and where it is being shipped, we may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL,  and more.

We ensure our customers receive their equipment in a timely manner and with the best price available but are always happy to select your preferred carrier for shipping if desired.

How do I track my order?

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found in the email we send you after your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking numbers can take 1-2 business days to receive after your order ships.

Please check the estimated delivery date indicated on the product's listing on our website for any extended lead times that could delay the shipping of your items.

Warranty, Return, & Cancellation Questions

What is the warranty on products sold by MMT?

Warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty information can be found on each product page. Please refer to individual product pages for their full respective warranty information.

Does MMT offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders by emailing support@macromedtech.com

If you received a damaged or defective item please get in touch with our team as soon as possible to receive a replacement. Additionally, MMT is willing to exchange the item for another in order to guarantee your satisfaction.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by filling out a cancellation request. There is no penalty for cancellation of an order prior to shipment, however, this does not apply to special/custom orders.

What is Macro Medical Technologies' return policy?

The return period for returnable products is 30 days from the date of delivery. No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization by MMT.

When will I get my refund?

Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the return has been received.
